Island mixed use design.

The James Island project was an environmentally-focused development for a private island near Victoria, BC.

The plan conceptualized a new residential village with a charming boutique hotel at its center, interesting retail, a marina, and golf course, with most of the shoreline, woods and fields preserved.

GHC brought together an entire team from around the continent to plan this world-class project. After extensive studies the owner opted to retain it as a private island.
