The Pink Adobe

Santa Fe, New Mexico

Historic Santa Fe landmark gets a makeover.

The Pink Adobe is a legendary and historic restaurant located in the heart of old Santa Fe. Known to Santa Fe locals as "The Pink", the restaurant inhabits a 400-year-old adobe on famed Old Santa Fe Trail. The Pink was completely renovated and revitalized by the Garretts and was a must-visit destination for tourists and locals alike. While owned by the Garretts, the restaurant served as the dining room and room service provider for the Inn of the Five Graces, also a Garrett project, for the local Seret family that owns the hotel. The restaurant was sold in 2009.
