Caitrin Garrett has more than fifteen years of extensive experience in the operations of world-class hotels in both the boutique and corporate spheres. She worked at the Four Seasons Washington D.C. and the George V in Paris in capacities ranging from Front Desk management to reorganizing and redeveloping the Spa. She later joined the Mandarin Oriental in New York, overseeing guest relations and responsible for all aspects of the guest experience for the hotel's highest-end clientele.
She also served as the Chief Operating Officer the Garrett Hotel Group and was responsible for the oversight and management of five operating entities, all Relais & Chateaux members, and was elected to the International Board of Relais & Chateaux.
