Historic home envisioned as boutique hotel.

This project was a historical home in Ipswich, MA with a large amount of acreage. The concept was to turn the home into a high-end boutique hotel with a restaurant, major golf course and a club component, as well as furthering the existing real estate development. A prime focus of the project was to protect a majority of the property from over-development while maximizing the potential for revenue generation from the hotel and club and real estate sales. Due to recessionary times, the project did not move forward, and is currently used as an event venue.
